After executing a search warrant, 32-year-old Thom Nikas, 32 was apprehended at his Hamilton Avenue apartment and charged with sexual assault in the first degree and voyeurism as a result of a September incident, Norwalk Police said on Saturday. He is being held on $750,000 bond in connection and scheduled to appear in court Dec. 14.
Police had recovered images of the alleged assault victim. They also discovered other images of unknown females who appear to have been taken in his bedroom, according to police, who added detectives are attempting to contact the women to determine if they knew they were being filmed.
Nicholas Gutierrez-Tabor was arrested at his residence on Sasqua Pond Road for an alleged sexual assault in the first-degree in May of 2018.
In addition, he was charged with one count of unlawful restraint and is also being held on a $750,000 bond and is also due in court on Dec. 14.
